Advancing Geothermal Development Workshop

We're thrilled to announce the upcoming Advancing Geothermal Development Workshop on May 1, 2025, hosted at Macey Center on the New Mexico Tech campus in Socorro from 8 am to 5 pm.

This pivotal workshop is designed to unite industry professionals, academics, and students to discuss and plan the future of geothermal energy in New Mexico. This workshop will highlight the Future of Geothermal Development in New Mexico report, written by New Mexico experts on topics ranging from Market Size, Energy Mix, & the Geothermal Transition to Subsurface Resource Characterization. Panel discussions will cover policy and regulation changes, workforce development, and university and National Lab research updates.

Workshop Highlights:
