The Oral Presentation will be held on the first day of the SRS, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Each of the six presenters will be presenting live and taking questions from the audience. Presenters each have 8 minutes for their presentations. A moderator will coordinate this and guide the question and answer period.
If you want to present in this category, make sure to select Oral Presentation as part of your registration. You must submit an abstract as well.
SRS Registration closes on Friday, March 15. Abstracts are due on Friday, March 8.
The presenter selections will be based on your abstract submission. The SRS Abstract Review Committee will look at your title and abstract to determine the top six students who will be selected to present. The selections will feature a range of topics and disciplines.
You will receive valuable feedback on your presentation through evaluator comments and reviewer feedback.
Attendance is by invitation only. All participants selected to present may invite two guests and their advisor. RSVPs are required for attendees.
If you are selected, you will need to submit your slides and photo by 5pm on Friday, April 12. Submissions should be sent to [email protected].
