Donna Christie Essel is a dedicated graduate student at New Mexico Tech with a passion for sustainable energy solutions. She has extensive experience in natural gas processing, project engineering and coordination, subsea engineering, and research in geological carbon storage in saline aquifers. As President of the Graduate Students’ Association, she advocates for the welfare of student welfare and leadership. Donna Christie aims to leverage her technical expertise and leadership skills to influence energy policy, aspiring to make a significant impact on sustainable energy landscape in the future.
